  Balance/Mobility Training


Do you feel a little unsteady on your feet and wish you could get out and walk indoors or outdoors? This class is geared for those 55 and older or those that have balance/mobility issues. Training with poles is something that could work for you so you can trust your legs again. Easy to learn (different than Nordic Walking). Demo poles provided. Class held indoors.
