Your money will be refunded if your class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment or if the class is filled before we receive your registration. If you choose to cancel your class registration, to be eligible for a full refund we need to receive your request no later than 4:00 p.m. five (5) business days prior to the first day of class. Cancellations for classes with supply fees must be received five (5) business days prior to the first day of class unless otherwise noted in description. Refunds of supplies are not issued after that time due to commitments made to instructors. Cancellations received after five business days will be subject to no refund. A $5 processing fee will be deducted from any refund. Classes with registration fees under $10 are not eligible for refunds.
You MUST call the Community Education office to request a cancellation. Cancellations cannot be done online by the consumer.
