The information requested on the registration forms will be used to verify eligibility as well as determine staff, facility and equipment needs. You or your child’s registration information may be provided to school district staff, volunteers, instructors, the school district attorney, insurer and auditor. Your email information is for internal use only and will not be sold or solicited. Although you are not legally required to disclose this information, failure to do so may prevent you or your child from participating in the program. Photographs or videos of classes in action may be taken and used for district publications and web pages. If you object to having your picture used, please notify the Community Education Office at 952-226-0080 each time you register.
